目的探讨肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞脱氧核糖核酸核蛋白体(rDNA)转录活性的变化对肿瘤治疗结果判定和监测的临床意义。方法利用CIAS-1000型细胞图像分析系统及相关的细胞培养、银染等技术,分析了20例健康人、291例肿瘤患者的外周血淋巴细胞rDNA转录活性,结果以细胞核核仁积分面积/细胞核积分面积(1.5%);细胞核核仁积分光密度/细胞核积分光密度(I.O.D%)来表达。结果恶性肿瘤患者的rDNA转录活性明显降低,与健康人比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.01),除食道癌和消化系统癌外,其他各系统肿瘤术后I.S%和1.O.D%比值明显回升(P<0.05),虽然食道癌和消化系统肿瘤术后I.S%和I.O.D比值回升不明显,但是也显示了上升的趋势。结论恶性肿瘤患者外周血rDNA转录活性分析可以做为肿瘤治疗疗效结果的判定和肿瘤预后的监测指标。
Objective To explore the clinical significance of changes in the transcriptional activity of peripheral blood lymphocyte deoxyribonucleic acid (rDNA) in tumor patients for the determination and monitoring of tumor treatment outcomes. METHODS: Using the CIAS-1000 cell image analysis system and related cell culture and silver staining techniques, the rDNA transcription activity of peripheral blood lymphocytes from 20 healthy individuals and 291 cancer patients was analyzed. The results were obtained by integrating the nucleolar nucleolar area/nucleus. Integral area (1.5%); nuclear nucleus integral optical density/nucleus integral optical density (I.O.D%) to express. Results The rDNA transcription activity of patients with malignant tumors was significantly lower, compared with healthy people, the difference was significant (P<0.01). Except for esophageal cancer and digestive system cancer, other systemic tumors were postoperative I. S% and 1. O. The D% ratio rose significantly (P < 0.05), although esophageal and digestive system tumors were postoperative I. S% and I. O. The recovery of the D ratio was not obvious, but it also showed an upward trend. Conclusion The analysis of rDNA transcriptional activity in peripheral blood of patients with malignant tumors can be used as the outcome of tumor treatment outcome and monitoring indicators of tumor prognosis.
