本文介绍了输油管道使用的方箱式和弹簧式加热炉的概况和存在问题,结合近年来对这些老式加热炉进行技术改造的实践,提出了今后技术改造的目标和一些有待解决的问题,以供输油管道加热炉技术改造过程中参考。作者认为老炉的技术改造目标必须达到:(1)使运行热效率要达到85%或以上,改造工程概算控制在原炉造价的50%左右;(2)改造后炉子的出力应达到原设计热负荷,最好能具有超负荷5%的能力;(3)改造后的炉管压力降不得超过原设计值,以便与同一泵站没改造的炉并列运行;(4)改造炉的泵站需增添1台热水锅炉,逐步向“两把火”过渡;(5)实行大、小加热炉匹配。并结合经验教训和对今后展望,提出了自己的看法。
This paper introduces the general situation and existing problems of square box and spring reheating furnace used in oil pipeline, and combines the practice of these old reheating furnaces in recent years, puts forward the goal of technological reformation in the future and some problems to be solved For oil pipeline heating furnace technology reform process reference.
