外墙干挂花岗岩工艺是近年来在建筑工程实践中经常被采用的一种施工工艺，其主要特点是：1．施工受季节气候影响较小，施工工期短，进度快；；2．不受粘贴砂浆析碱影响，能保持石材饰面的鲜艳色彩；3．表面平整度较好，板与板之间间隙均匀，上线好。但其多用于现浇钢筋混凝土墙整体加固后再干挂花岗岩的办法。其施工工艺是：在砖墙外表面用不锈钢膨胀螺栓竖向固定镀锌槽钢，镀锌槽钢的间距正好是干挂花岗岩的宽度。这一根根有一定间隔的通长镀锌槽钢，把整个砖墙连接成一个坚固的整体，使其受力均匀，抗倾覆能力和整体强度都有了很大的提高，完成达到了干挂花岗岩工艺对墙体的要求。本文结合徐州国防教育馆工程的成功实践，对砖墙表面干挂花岗岩工艺进行了有益的探讨。
