为了开发本地区资源,我们在1982年引进了上海师范学院液体菌种新技术,取得了显著成效。1982年秋-1983年春我们用液体菌种在林间进行了大面积生产,年收入4.1万元。1983年秋-1984年春进一步扩大到4000平方米;收菇近15万斤,产品远销加拿大、香港和东南亚等地,年收入12万元,现简报如下: (一)材料和方法 1.菌种:由上海师范学院食用菌研究室提供,菌株号:PQ-88。 2.斜面培养基配方:小麦煮汁1000ml,蔗糖20g。KH_2PO_4 0.5g,MgSO_4 0.5g,琼脂18-20g,pH自然。制作方法,先将1000g小麦用水洗净并浸泡4-6小时,然后用2000ml水煮沸30分钟,过滤后
