用K -B纸片扩散法测定金黄色葡萄球菌对常用抗生素的体外敏感性。结果 6 36株金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素G和氨苄青霉素的耐药率最高 ,分别为 93.4%和 90 % ;甲氧西林、复达欣、氧氟沙星、氟哌酸、复方新诺明的耐药率分别在 70 .2 %~ 79% ;氯霉素、庆大霉素、舒普深、阿米卡星的耐药率依次为 6 8.2 %、6 6 .4%、6 6 %和5 5 .4% ,耐药率较低的是利福平 (11.8% ) ,仅万古霉素无 1株耐药。提示金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性日益严重 ,应在不同地区开展细菌耐药性监测 ,强调合理应用抗生素
In vitro susceptibility of Staphylococcus aureus to commonly used antibiotics by K-B disk diffusion method. Results The resistant rates of 6 strains of Staphylococcus aureus to penicillin G and ampicillin were the highest (93.4% and 90%, respectively). The methicillin, diphenxin, ofloxacin, norfloxacin and cotrimoxazole The resistance rates of chloramphenicol, gentamicin, shuopunshen and amikacin were in the order of 62.2%, 66.4% and 66%, respectively 5.54%. Rifampicin (11.8%) with lower resistance rate and no drug resistance with vancomycin alone.
