本文从理论政策和实践两个方面对20世纪90年代我国各民族共同繁荣事业作了全面论述。文章把第三代领导集体思想中关于共同繁荣的理论论述和政策主张加以系统化,比较完整地展示了这一理论政策体系,指出这一理论政策的发展在有中国特色的民族理论政策发展史上占有重要的地位,其新成就即是坚持走有中国特色的解决民族问题道路,这是共同繁荣理论政策进一步付诸实践的新成果。
