文章针对我国高等职业教育与其他教育机构、类型衔接不畅的问题,从构建现代职业教育体系的战略目标出发,以“学习立交桥”搭建为切入点,选取加拿大萨省理工学院在构建“学习立交桥”方面的实践探索作为研究对象,分析了该学院搭建学习立交桥的逻辑起点、具体途径和实施等方面的内容,提出了对我国构建学习立交桥3方面借鉴与启示。研究发现,加拿大高等职业教育“学习立交桥”构建的关键是对学习者先前学习经历的认证与评估,通过认证,可以很好地解决不同教育机构间、教育机构与社会行业、企业、学习与学习者工作、生活经验间的衔接问题,从根本上实现学习者的自由流动。
This article aims at the problem that the higher vocational education of our country and other educational institutions have poor connection with each other, starting from the strategic goal of building a modern vocational education system, taking “Learning overpass” as the starting point, choosing Saskatchewan University to construct As an object of study, this paper analyzes the logical starting point, concrete ways and implementation aspects of the study overpass, and puts forward some suggestions and lessons on how to build overpass. The study found that the key to constructing Canadian Higher Vocational Education “Learning overpass ” is to certify and evaluate previous learning experiences of learners.
