口服给药途径是最简便的给药方法,但某些药物由于对胃壁的不良反应,使应用受到限制。作者认为,寻找加入制剂中能排除或降低药物对胃损害的各种赋料很有意义。作者以解热镇痛消炎药甲氧萘丙酸(Naproxen)为主药进行实验研究。实验将主药与亲水性或疏水性不同赋料(原文表1,2,从略)制成9种处方,分别研磨匀化,选用体重为200~250gr的Sprague-Dawley种雄鼠作胃损害试验。混悬剂的制备是秤取主药及各种赋料研混后,以400倍显微镜检查,粒度应小于20μ。
