乡镇领导干部在转型期间面,对日益繁重的工作任务和多变的工作环境,心理压力很大。本文在对乡镇领导干部产生心理压力的原因进行分析之后,提出必须通过完善相关制度和培养高情商来减轻乡镇领导干部心理压力。
During the transition period, the leading cadres in towns and villages have been under great psychological pressure for the increasingly heavy tasks and changing work environment. After analyzing the causes of the psychological pressure on township leading cadres, this paper puts forward that it is necessary to reduce the psychological pressure of township leading cadres by improving relevant systems and cultivating high emotional intelligence.
