在到民进中央工作之前,我曾是河北省选出的全国人民代表大会代表(六届,那时我在河北石家庄工作)。到民进中央工作之后,是云南省选出的全国人大代表(七届、八届,因我原籍云南),并被选为全国人大常委会委员。全国人民代表大会代表是以省、市、区和解放军为选举单位并组成省、市、区、解放军代表团。所以,我虽是民进成员,但在全国人大先后属于河北省代表团和云南省代表团。
Prior to working in the Central Government, I was a delegate to the National People’s Congress (6th, when I was in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province) when I was elected by Hebei Province. After the work of the Central Government for the Progressive People, it is the NPC deputies elected in Yunnan Province (Seventh, Eighth, due to my native Yunnan) and was elected as a member of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress. NPC deputies are based on the provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions and the People’s Liberation Army as the election unit and the formation of provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, the People’s Liberation Army delegation. Therefore, although I am a member of the CPPCC, I belong to the delegation of Hebei Province and the delegation of Yunnan Province successively in the NPC.
