目的 研究新生沙土鼠耳蜗腹核神经元的发育规律 .方法 不同日龄的新生沙土鼠耳蜗腹核横切片 ,经尼氏染色后在显微镜下观察核内神经元的形态大小和数量的变化 .结果 新生沙土鼠耳蜗腹核神经元的形态大小在出生后8d内即告完成 ;但在出生后 8~ 12 d其数量有明显减少 ,说明这一短暂阶段内发生了神经元的死亡 .结论 新生沙土鼠在出生后有一短暂的自然发生的神经元死亡期 ,结合文献分析这一时间也正是它的听力初始形成期 ,因此这种自然发生的神经元死亡与听觉的发育有关 .
Objective To study the development of neurons in the ventral nucleus pulposus of gerbil newborn gerbils.Methods The ventral nucleus pulposus of neonatal gerbils at different ages were stained with Nissl microscope and observed under light microscopy for changes in morphology and number of nuclei neurons.Results Neonatal gerbil cochlear ventral nucleus neuron morphological size within 8d after birth to complete, but in the 8 to 12 d after birth its number significantly reduced, indicating that the short period of neuronal death occurred.Conclusion The newborn sand The mouse has a transient natural neuron death after birth, which, combined with the literature analysis, is the beginning of its hearing formation, so this naturally occurring neuronal death is associated with the development of hearing.
