目的研究玫瑰树属植物古城玫瑰树Ochrosia elliptica枝叶中的非生物碱类化学成分。方法综合运用硅胶柱色谱、反相硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱以及制备型高效液相色谱等方法进行系统分离,根据理化性质及波谱学数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从古城玫瑰树90%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯萃取部位中分离鉴定了15个非生物碱类化合物,分别鉴定为hedyotisol A(1)、(-)-(7R,7′R,7″S,8S,8′S,8″S)-4′,4″-dihydroxy-3,3′,3″,5-tetramethoxy-7,9′,7′,9-diepoxy-4,8″-oxy-8,8′-sesquineolignan-7″,9″-diol(2)、8-羟基松脂素(3)、lyoniresinol(4)、蛇菰脂醛素(5)、刺芒柄花素(6)、vestisol(7)、3′,7-二羟基-2′,4,-二甲氧基异黄烷(8)、(3R)-violanone(9)、6-羟基-2-(2-苯乙基)色酮(10)、6-羟基-2-[2-(4′-甲氧基苯基)乙基]色酮(11)、对羟基苯乙酮(12)、去氢催吐萝芙木醇(13)、黑麦草内酯(14)和4,5-dihydroblumenol A(15)。其中化合物1~5为木脂素类化合物,化合物6~9为异黄酮类化合物,化合物10和11为色原酮类化合物,化合物12为酚酸类化合物,化合物13~15为倍半萜类化合物。结论所有化合物均为首次从玫瑰树属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of non-alkaloids in the branches and leaves of Ochrosia elliptica in the ancient rose city of the genus Oolongraceae. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, reverse phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of the compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data. Results Fifteen non-alkaloid compounds were isolated and identified from the extracts of 90% ethanolic extracts of the ancient city rose tree. The compounds were identified as hedyotisol A (1), (-) - (7R, 7’R, 4 “-dihydroxy-3,3 ’, 3”, 5-tetramethoxy-7,9’, 7 ’, 9-diepoxy-4,8 “- oxy-8,8’-sesquineolignan-7 ”, 9" -diol (2), 8-hydroxysomustine (3), lyoniresinol (4), snake alpinaralin ), Vestisol (7), 3 ’, 7-dihydroxy-2’, 4-dimethoxyisoflavanide (8) Phenethyl) chromone (10), 6-hydroxy-2- [2- (4’- methoxyphenyl) ethyl] chromone (11), p-hydroxyacetophenone (13), ryegrass lactone (14) and 4,5-dihydroblumenol A (15), among which, compounds 1 to 5 were lignan compounds, compounds 6 to 9 were isoflavonoids, and compounds 10 And 11 were chromone compounds, 12 compounds were phenolic compounds, and compounds 13-15 were sesquiterpenoids.Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from the genus Rosellia for the first time.
