国有企业是社会主义的经济基础,是整个国民经济的支柱。在传统的计划经济体制下,国有企业曾有过辉煌的时期,但随着改革开放的深入,社会主义市场经济体制的运作,国有企业面临着严峻的困难局面,最为突出的问题是效益低下,亏损面扩大。94年底,全国国有企业亏损面达34.3％。针对这种状况,深入研究国有企业亏损的原因,找准问题的根源,采取相应的对策,帮助企业及早摆脱困境,是我们面临的
State-owned enterprises are the economic foundation of socialism and the pillar of the entire national economy. Under the traditional planned economy system, state-owned enterprises have had glorious periods, but with the deepening of reform and opening-up and the operation of the socialist market economic system, state-owned enterprises are facing severe difficulties. The most prominent problem is the low efficiency. Loss surface expanded. At the end of 1994, the loss of state-owned enterprises across the country reached 34.3%. In view of this situation, in-depth study of the reasons for the loss of state-owned enterprises, identify the root causes of the problem, and take appropriate countermeasures to help enterprises get rid of the predicament as soon as possible is what we face.
