香河县五百户镇四百户村座落于满是沙滩的青龙湾河河坳,现有人口673人,全村1250亩土地均为贫瘠的河滩沙荒地。集体林业产权制度改革工作开展以来,该村紧紧抓住林权改革契机,解放思想,创新思路,积极将本村所有的集体林地采取分段承包和均股、均利的形式分配到每个村民手中。调动了农民造林的积极性,推动了造林工作的开展。
Four hundred villages in 500 townships of Xianghe County are located in the Qinglongwanhe River Au, which is full of beaches.
