以长江经济带为研究对象,运用DEA-Malmquist指数法对该区域全要素工业能源效率进行了测度,并分析了区域雾霾污染现状。在此基础上,选取长江经济带11个省份的面板数据,运用空间联立方程对全要素工业能源效率与雾霾污染的交互作用进行了分析。结果显示:长江经济带全要素工业能源效率与雾霾污染之间存在显著的交互作用,全要素工业能源效率的提高能够有效降低雾霾污染水平,雾霾污染增加则会导致全要素工业能源效率降低;二者均存在显著的空间溢出效应,空间因素作用能够降低二者之间产生的负效应;整个长江经济带均表现出明显的雾霾污染问题,其中上游地区表现出“低效率”与“高污染”并存的发展现状。
Taking the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object, the DEA-Malmquist index method was used to measure the energy efficiency of total factor industrial in this area, and the status quo of haze pollution in the area was analyzed. On this basis, the panel data of eleven provinces in the Yangtze River Economic Belt are selected and the interaction between energy efficiency of the whole factor industry and smog pollution is analyzed using space simultaneous equations. The results show that there is a significant interaction between the total factorial industrial energy efficiency and smog pollution in the Yangtze River economic belt. The improvement of energy efficiency of total factor industrial energy can effectively reduce the smog pollution level. The increase of smog pollution will lead to the change of total factor industrial energy efficiency Both of them have significant spatial spillover effect. The spatial factor can reduce the negative effect between the two. The entire Yangtze River economic belt shows obvious smog pollution problems, of which the upper reaches of the Yangtze River show “low efficiency” “And” high pollution "coexist in the development of the status quo.
