对锻造铝合金轿车离合器油泵泵体进行了光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜观察和力学性能试验。结果表明:由于热加工时加热温度控制不当,使泵体过热而导致晶粒长大,强度下降。最后提出了相应的改进措施。
The optical pump, the scanning electron microscope, the transmission electron microscope observation and the mechanical property test of the forged aluminum alloy clutch pump pump body were carried out. The results show that due to improper control of the heating temperature during thermal processing, the overheating of the pump body leads to grain growth and a decrease in strength. Finally, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
