湖北省阳新县地方海事处是代表国家行使阳新地区水上交通安全监督管理职能的行政执法机关,管辖区为该县45公里长江岸线、富河80公里及仙岛湖等三条水线。近几年来,该处党支部认真实践“三个代表”重要思想,深入进行党的先进性教育,围绕上级下达的各项指标,积极开展工作,先后荣获全省水路交通“十佳所(站)”、黄石市“安全生产先进单位”、阳新县“先进基层党组织”、“先进单位”等称号。
