一、一般资料：（１）血清标本来源：①广东鼻咽癌高发区９８１８０名３０～５９岁健康人从１９８６～１９９８年进入队列时血清。②队列人群中ＥＢＶＶＣＡ／ＩｇＡ（ＥＢ病毒壳抗原抗体ＩｇＡ）阳性（滴度≥１∶５）人群和阴性（滴度＜１∶５）对照者进入队列及其后每次监测
