轮轨几何参数通过轮轨间的作用力,对铁道车辆的动力学性能产生极大的影响。本文论述了系统设计车轮踏面形状的计算方法,该方法采用了非线性程序和最优化方法。由此设计的车轮踏面可使车辆获得良好的动力学性能,且能限制磨耗,理论研究说明了这种计算方法的可行性。
The geometric parameters of wheel and rail have a great influence on the dynamic performance of the railway vehicle through the interaction between wheel and rail. This paper discusses the method of calculating the wheel profile of the system design. The method uses nonlinear programming and optimization methods. The wheel tread designed by this method can make the vehicle get good dynamic performance and limit the wear. The theoretical research shows the feasibility of this method.
