有些研究证实部分缺铁性贫血患者血小板减少,在长期和严重出血及血小板减少时,常发现血小板和整个凝血系统的机能改变。然而缺铁性贫血时止血和纤溶的机能特性至今还没有被研究。本文观察研究62例缺铁性贫血妇女的止血和纤溶系统机能,年龄为25岁-50岁,伴有中等度血小板减少及大量子宫出血,每月10天-14天。病程5年-12年不等,曾用铁剂治疗效果不佳。止血状态,除用通常的研究方法外,尚检查了血小板的粘附性及聚集性,血液及尿液中纤维蛋白原裂解产物及抗凝血酶Ⅲ含量。结果发现止血系统显著改
Some studies have confirmed that some patients with iron deficiency anemia, thrombocytopenia, in the long-term and severe bleeding and thrombocytopenia, often found in platelet and the entire coagulation system, functional changes. However, the functional properties of hemostasis and fibrinolysis in iron deficiency anemia have not been studied so far. In this study, we investigated the hemostatic and fibrinolytic system in 62 patients with iron deficiency anemia, ranging in age from 25 to 50 years with moderate thrombocytopenia and massive uterine bleeding, ranging from 10 days to 14 days per month. Duration of 5 years to 12 years range, had iron treatment ineffective. Hemostasis, in addition to the usual research methods, but also check the platelet adhesion and aggregation, blood and urine fibrinogen lysate and antithrombin Ⅲ content. The results showed that the hemostatic system significantly changed
