各市劳动和社会保障局,省直有关部门,各大企业:为贯彻落实《中共中央、国务院关于深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育的决定》,根据《山东省职业教育条例》和《省政府关于加强职业培训教育全面提高劳动者素质的通知》(鲁政发[2001]66号)的要求,现就我省技工学校调整工作提出以下意见:一、技工学校调整改革的指导思想、目标和总体布局(一)指导思想。技工学校调整改革要按照社会主义市场经济发展的要求,以产业结构调整和劳动力市场需求为导向,从发挥培训资源优势,加快技能人才培养出发,进一步优化教育资源配置,扩大教育规模,提高办学质量和办学效益,使技工教育整体上得到巩固和发展。
