目的探讨罗达灵通胶囊对PCNA(增殖细胞核抗原,proliferating cell nuclear antigen)与b-FGF(碱性成纤维细胞生长因子,base fibroblast growth factor)在前列腺增生大鼠中表达的影响及其相关性。方法采用去势大鼠注射丙酸睾酮的方法复制前列腺增生模型,采用灌胃的方式给予大鼠罗达灵通胶囊高、低剂量及等体积去离子水,连续15 d后处死,观察前列腺组织形态,并通过免疫组化的方法检测PCNA和b-FGF的表达情况,进行相关性分析。结果罗达灵通胶囊对大鼠的b-FGF表达水平与PCNA指数有影响,且两者之间存在相关性(r=0.878 1,P<0.005)。结论b-FGF和PCNA在前列腺增生的过程中均有一定作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Luoda Lingtong Capsule on the expression of PCNA (proliferating cell nuclear antigen) and b-FGF (base fibroblast growth factor) in rats with benign prostatic hyperplasia and their correlation. METHODS: The prostate hyperplasia model was induced by injection of testosterone propionate in ovariectomized rats. The rats were given intragastrically high and low doses of equal volume of deionized water by intragastric administration. After 15 consecutive days, the rats were sacrificed to observe the morphology of the prostate. , The expression of PCNA and b-FGF was detected by immunohistochemistry and correlation analysis was performed. RESULTS: Luoda Lingtong capsule had an effect on the expression of b-FGF and PCNA index in rats, and there was a correlation between them (r=0.878 1, P<0.005). Conclusion Both b-FGF and PCNA have a certain role in the process of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
