为适应我国金属矿山生产发展的需要,逐步实现矿山井下柴油无轨机械化,于去年我厂在现有批量生产的6105Q车用柴油机基础上,更换、增添部分零件后,改型设计了6105K矿用低污染柴油机,与厦门工程机械厂的LZD-40铲运机配套使用。首批十台产品将于今年第四季度交付南京梅山铁矿使用,井在今后达到批量生产。现将该产品介绍如下:(一)主要技术指标型式:六缸、单列、水冷、四冲程气缸直径:105毫米活塞行程:120毫米压缩比:20.5燃烧室型式:涡流室活塞总排量:6.234升发火次序:1-5-3-6-2-4曲轴旋转方向(面向飞轮端):逆时针净重(离合器壳除外):500公斤其它技术指标见封四广告。(二)主要附件1.喷油泵:A型整体六柱塞式;2.喷油器:节流式;3.输油泵:活塞式;4.调速器:全程式机械离心式;5.柴油滤清器:C0810A型纸芯式;6.
