区域金融电子化建设的首要任务是建设金融区域网,它是沟通人民银行与各金融机构的桥梁,也是建设的重点和难点。作为国家支付系统试点城市之一的中国人民银行大连市分行,按照人总行金融区域网建设的总体要求,结合大连市的特点,从1996年3月开始启动大连金融区域网建设一期工程。北大青鸟商用信息系统有限公司作为该项目的总集成商与大连分行通力合作,仅在三个月内完成了大连金融区域网(DLFN)的建设,并在其上实现了大连市电子联行“天地对接”业务系统(DLEIS),在业界引起较大反响。
The primary task of regional financial electronic construction is to construct a financial area network. It is a bridge connecting People’s Bank of China with various financial institutions and also a key and difficult point of construction. As one of the national payment system pilot cities, the People’s Bank of China branch in Dalian City started the construction of the first phase of the financial area network in Dalian from March 1996 in accordance with the general requirements of the financial headquarters of the People’s Bank of China and the characteristics of Dalian. Beida Jade Bird Business Information System Co., Ltd., as the total integrator of the project, collaborated with Dalian Branch to complete the construction of Dalian Financial Area Network (DLFN) in just three months and realized the “ World docking ”business system (DLEIS), caused a great response in the industry.
