近几年来,中央和地方加大了解决农村人口饮水安全问题的力度。农村饮水安全工程的实施,减少了疾病的发生,减轻了农民取水的劳动强度,提高了人民群众的健康水平,促进了农村经济社会的发展。但是,农村饮水安全工程管理工作中还存在着供水水价低、供水管理队伍不稳定、人员素质低,水质合格率不达标及部分地区无饮用水或饮用水不足等问题,严重影响了农村饮水安全管理工作的有效运转和群众的身体健康和生命安全。本文分析了目前和田地区农村饮水安全管理工作中存在的问题,并提出了相应的措施和建议。
In recent years, the central authorities and local governments have stepped up efforts to solve the problem of drinking water safety for the rural population. The implementation of rural drinking water safety projects has reduced the occurrence of diseases, reduced the labor intensity of farmers to take water, improved the people’s health and promoted the economic and social development in rural areas. However, there are still problems in the management of rural drinking water safety projects, such as low water supply price, unstable water supply management team, low quality of personnel, non-compliance of water quality standards and lack of drinking water or insufficient drinking water in some areas, seriously affecting the safety of rural drinking water Effective management of the work and the health and safety of the people. This article analyzes the problems existing in the current rural drinking water safety management in Hetian, and puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions.
