“两会”之后,有关“十五”计划的宣传将形成一个热潮。 这部五年计划,勾勒了中国在新世纪前五年的美好前景,尤其是凸显民生的描述,更吸引了国人的目光。 翻天十五计划,一连串的新名词令人眼花缭乱。许多新名词奥妙无比,不借助专业辞典,很难解释其高深的含义。 有关部门善解人意:推出了一本名为《十五计划纲要有关名词解释》的小册子,小册子收进了近百词条,用浅显易懂的句子予以注释。 十五计划中新名词为何这么多? 此间观察家认为,透过这些新名词,我们至少可以悟出三点深意:

Turn fifteen days plan, a series of new terms dazzling. Many of the new terms are extremely mysterious and difficult to interpret their profound implications without the aid of specialized dictionaries. Relevant departments have an understanding: a booklet titled “Explanation of Terms Related to the Tenth Five-Year Plan” was launched, and nearly 100 entries were accepted in the booklet, annotated with easy-to-understand sentences.
