前不久,国家住房城乡建设部、民政部、财政部对住房救助工作下发通知(建保[2014]160号)。这里对有关规定的回答如下:问:住房救助对象是如何规定的?答:住房救助对象是指符合县级以上地方人民政府规定标准的、住房困难的最低生活保障家庭和分散供养的特困人员。城镇住房救助对象,属于公共租赁住房制度保障范围。农村住房救助对象,属于优先实施农村危房改造的对象范围。
