对中药胃滞留给药系统(GRDDS)近年来的研究现状进行总结和概述,分析目前制约中药复方GRDDS发展的核心问题,阐述了体内外相关研究体系缺失对于中药复方GRDDS的影响,着重探讨了体内外评价方法及相关性的评价模型,并提出人工神经网络(ANN)应用于中药复方GRDDS体内外相关性模型的可能途径,通过对其进行讨论,分析了ANN模型在GRDDS中应用的优势、特点以及存在的问题,以期为传统中药的创新研发提供参考。
This paper summarizes and summarizes the research status of traditional Chinese medicine gastric retention delivery system (GRDDS) in recent years, analyzes the key problems restricting the development of traditional Chinese medicine compound GRDDS and expounds the influence of the lack of related in vivo and in vitro studies on GRDDS, Internal and external evaluation methods and correlation evaluation model, and put forward the artificial neural network (ANN) applied to the traditional Chinese medicine compound GRDDS in vitro and in vivo correlation of the possible ways, by discussing the advantages and disadvantages of ANN model in GRDDS application As well as the existing problems, in order to provide a reference for the innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine.
