本研究应用４种不同类型的高粱品种（或品系），对中国高粱胞质雄性不育系“吉农１０５”与西非迈罗高粱Ａ１型胞质雄性不育系进行了育性反应鉴定。结果表明：在对经过选择的育种材料Ａ１不育系的恢复系与保持系来说，二者的育性反应基本一致；但在对未经选择的中外高粱地方品种的反应上不一致，说明二者存在部分共同的育性恢复基因，但又有一定差异。这一研究结果，为正确利用中国高粱胞质雄性不育系提供了科学依据。
In this study, four different types of sorghum cultivars (or lines) were used to identify the fertility response of Chinese sorghum cytoplasmic male sterile line “Ji nong 105” and West Mallow Sorghum type A1 cytoplasmic male sterile line. The results showed that there was basically the same fertility response between the two restorer lines and the maintainer line of the selected breeding material A1. However, the response to the unselected local sorghum varieties was inconsistent, There are some common fertility restoration genes, but there are some differences. The results of this study provide a scientific basis for the correct utilization of Chinese sorghum cytoplasmic male sterile lines.
