目的观察松花粉对腮腺组织表皮生长因子(EGFR)表达的影响。方法D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射制作亚急性衰老雄性大鼠模型,采用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)观察高、中、低剂量(1400、700、350mg·kg-1·d-1松花粉对衰老的腮腺组织EGFR表达的影响。结果EGFR在腮腺组织广泛表达,D-半乳糖所致亚急性衰老大鼠模型组EGFR的表达明显下降,与正常对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01);而给予松花粉后EGFR的表达明显上升,其中预防中剂量组效果明显。结论松花粉具有改善衰老雄性大鼠腮腺功能紊乱,预防和延缓腮腺组织衰老的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of pine pollen on epidermal growth factor (EGFR) expression in salivary gland tissue. Methods Sub-acute senile male rat models were established by continuous intraperitoneal injection of D-galactose. High, medium and low doses (1400, 700, 350 mg·kg-1·d-1) of pine pollen were observed by immunohistochemical method (SP method). The effects of EGFR expression in the aging parotid gland tissue.Results EGFR was widely expressed in salivary gland tissue, and the expression of EGFR in subacute aging rats model group induced by D-galactose was significantly decreased, which was significantly different from the normal control group (P<0.01). After the pine pollen was administered, the expression of EGFR was significantly increased, and the effect of the moderate-dose group was obvious.Conclusion Pine pollen can improve the function of parotid gland dysfunction in aging male rats and prevent and delay the aging of parotid gland tissue.
