在新形势下,计算机信息技术实训教学管理队伍迫切需要实行优化工作。在创新与人性化的理念上,需要将计算机信息技术实训教学管理队伍的规划设计与人性化理念充分的融合。首先,需要将计算机信息技术实训教学管理队伍工作与现代教育信息技术的实际发展情况紧密联系;其次,要从教学质量的角度出发,在教育教学、教务工作等来方面进行创新优化。
Under the new situation, the computer information technology training teaching management team urgently needs optimization work.
