在国际金融危机的重压之下,南京负重拼搏,打了一场漂亮的应对危机攻坚战。今年以来,一系列应对危机的“保增长、促转型”政策措施效果初显,全市主要经济指标实现“双过半”。数据虽然显示经济开始逐步回暖,但经济下行的压力依然很大,特别是经济中间一些深层次的问题并没有解决,特别是国际的需求、外贸出口持续低迷,南京仍然负增长20%以上。“同时我们国内的产能过剩,结构调整是需要相当长的一个过程。”南京市常务副市长沈健说。
