香蕉杆叶处理:将新鲜香蕉杆叶切断晒干备用。培养料配方:香蕉杆叶1500公斤,牛粪粉1500公斤,石膏60公斤,钙镁磷50公斤,尿素15公斤,石灰粉60公斤。堆制发酵:香蕉杆叶预湿三天后,以牛粪粉及辅助原料按常规发酵、翻堆。发酵12天左右即可进房二次发酵,时间2～3天,温差50℃—60℃—40℃,当培养料自然降温30℃以下,即可进行整床播种。
