目的:调查社区老年人的生活质量情况,分析其对社区护理的需求,制定社区护理方案,为社区老年人提供优质的社区护理服务。方法:随机选取武汉市3个社区的120名老年人,每个社区各40人,结合老年人群生活质量综合评定问卷和3个社区老年人生活水平进行问卷调查,分析影响社区老年人生活质量的因素和老年人对社区护理需求的影响因素。结果:不同社区的老年人生活质量各异,对社区护理需求各异,其中以社区老年人患慢性病、中风、偏瘫等肢体活动不便者对社区护理需求较高。结论:影响社区老年人生活质量的因素主要有经济状况、身体健康状况和对社区护理的认知等,应研究符合社区老年人的社区护理方案,宣传社区护理相关知识,提高社区护理服务质量,为更多的社区老年人提供优质的护理服务,提高社区老年人的生活质量。
Objectives: To investigate the quality of life of the elderly in the community, analyze their needs for community care, develop community care programs and provide quality community care services to the elderly in the community. Methods: A total of 120 seniors were randomly selected from 3 communities in Wuhan, 40 in each community. A questionnaire survey was conducted based on questionnaire of comprehensive assessment of quality of life of the elderly population and the living standard of 3 elderly people in the community to analyze the impact of the quality of life of the elderly Factors and influential factors of elderly nursing needs in community. Results: The quality of life of elders in different communities varies greatly, and their needs for community care are different. Among them, elderly people suffering from chronic diseases, stroke, hemiplegia and other physical disabilities are in high demand for community care. Conclusion: The factors influencing the quality of life of the elderly in the community mainly include the economic status, physical health status and cognition of community nursing. The community nursing program that accords with the community elders should be studied, the knowledge of community nursing should be promoted, the quality of community nursing service should be improved, To provide more senior citizens community care services, improve the quality of life of the community’s elderly.
