针对煤矿设备零部件几何形状缺损,为实现其在再制造过程中数字化及精确化测量,笔者提出应用逆向工程技术。通过数字化测量技术获取缺损零部件的测量模型,采用逆向建模技术构建零部件的标准模型,进而实施再制造设备的修复。实践证明,逆向工程技术为煤矿设备再制造产业提供了技术保障,缩短了再制造产品的设计周期,提高了再制造产品的设计质量。
In order to realize the digitization and accurate measurement in the remanufacturing process, aiming at the defect of the geometry of the coal mine equipment parts, the author proposes the application of reverse engineering technology. Obtaining the measurement model of the defect parts through digital measurement technology and using reverse modeling technology to build the standard model of parts and components, and then remanufacturing equipment repair. Practice has proved that reverse engineering technology provides technical support for the remanufacturing industry of coal mine equipment, shortening the design cycle of remanufactured products and improving the design quality of remanufactured products.
