According to the arrangement of the Northeast China Water Science and Technology Cooperation Plan of 1980 and the spirit of implementing the National Water Conservancy Measurement Conference of 1980, Northeast China Water Conservancy Design Institute held a technical exchange of water mapping in Antu County, Jilin Province from August 4 to August 7 meeting.
