第七届全国土力学及基础工程学术会议于1994年10月25～29日在西安召开,这又是四年一度的全国岩土工程界专家学者、工程技术人员进行学术交流的盛会,来自全国高等院校、科研、设计、施工单位的约250名代表出席了会议.本次会议由中国土木工程学会土力学及基础工程学会与陕西省土建学会共同主办.陕西省、西安市及中国土木工程学会领导到会致词,台湾地工技术发展基金会董事长到会祝贺.
The 7th National Conference on Soil Mechanics and Basic Engineering was held in Xi’an from October 25th to 29th, 1994. It is also a four-year grand meeting of experts and scholars of geotechnical engineering and engineering and technical personnel across the country for academic exchanges. About 250 representatives of institutions of higher learning, scientific research, design, and construction attended the meeting. The meeting was co-sponsored by the Institute of Soil Mechanics and Basic Engineering of the China Civil Engineering Society and the Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Civil Engineering.
