IT与业务匹配(BIA)能创造更高的组织绩效,如何取得BIA成为信息系统理论与实践的热点研究问题之一。本文将BIA的静态研究和动态研究相结合,构建多主体交互的BIA博弈模型,并基于社会网络进行多主体仿真,探讨不同的社会网络结构对总体匹配的影响。试验结果显示:由规则格子到小世界以及随机网络,提升了匹配成本对总体匹配的阈值,策略演化过程是造成总体匹配和总体不匹配分化的一个关键原因。针对该结果的讨论,从社会网络多主体仿真视角提出了ERP实施等企业信息化过程中BIA关键因素的动态分析框架,深化了BIA领域的复杂动态研究,有助于学术界和企业界对BIA自然本质的认识和理解。
IT and business matching (BIA) can create higher organizational performance, and how to obtain BIA becomes one of the hot research issues in the theory and practice of information systems. This paper combines the static and dynamic research of BIA to construct a multi-agent interactive BIA game model. Based on the social network, it conducts multi-agent simulation and explores the impact of different social network structures on overall matching. The experimental results show that from the regular grid to the small world and the random network, the matching cost is increased to the threshold of the overall matching. The evolution of the strategy is a key reason for the overall match and the overall mismatch. In view of this result, from the perspective of multi-agent simulation of social networks, a dynamic analysis framework for key factors of BIA in the process of enterprise informatization such as ERP implementation was put forward, which deepened the complex dynamic research in the BIA field and contributed to the academic and business community to the BIA.
