睡眠呼吸紊乱 (sleepdisorderedbreathing ,SDB)是睡眠过程中出现呼吸异常变化 ,与睡眠时相的转换 ,呼吸调控以及上气道结构和功能密切相关。SDB导致病理性嗜睡 ,诱发心脑血管疾病 ,严重影响生活质量和身体健康。现将SDB的发病机理、临床表现和治疗手段的进展作一综述 Sleep disorderedbreathing (SDB) is an abnormal change of breathing during sleep, which is closely related to sleep phase transition, respiratory regulation and upper airway structure and function. SDB cause pathological drowsiness, induce cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, seriously affecting the quality of life and physical health. The pathogenesis of SDB, the clinical manifestations and the progress of treatment are reviewed
