目的:探讨颌骨造釉细胞瘤重要的X线表现及相关问题。材料和方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的64例颁骨造釉细胞瘤X线平片。结果:X线表现为多房型38例(59.4％),单房型11例(17.2％),蜂窝型7例(10.9％),混合型8例(12.5％)。结论:颌骨造釉细胞瘤重要的X线表现:弧形锐利的房间隔、蜂窝状的结构、分叶状切迹及局限性骨硬化的肿瘤边缘、瘤区牙根锯齿状或截根状吸收、根间浸润、及牙槽嵴骨质易遭破坏等。这些有一定特征性的征象在本病的诊断及鉴别诊断中起重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the important X-ray findings and related problems of ameloblastoma of the jaw. MATERIALS AND METHODS: A retrospective analysis of 64 cases of ameloblastoma confirmed by surgery and pathology was performed. Results: X-ray showed 38 cases (59.4%) in multi-chamber type, 11 cases (17.2%) in single-chamber type, 7 cases (10.9%) in honeycomb type and 8 cases (12.5%) in mixed type. CONCLUSIONS: Important X-ray manifestations of ameloblasts of the jaw include sharp atrial septal, honeycomb-like structures, lobulated notch, and margins of localized osteopetrosis, serrated or truncated root absorption , Root infiltration, and alveolar ridge bone easily damaged. These have some characteristic signs in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease plays an important role.
