现代社会特别注重企业文化的建设,企业文化对企业的进步和发展有着非常重要的作用。现代煤矿企业非常重视企业的文化建设,加强煤矿企业的文化建设,能够充分调动起煤矿员工的工作积极性和增加他们的团结意识,进而有利于促进煤矿企业健康快速的发展。现代企业文化已经成为煤矿企业的一种新的管理方式,可以提高煤矿企业的竞争力。为此煤矿企业要认识到企业文化建设中存在的问题,根据实际情况,制定科学有效的策略,加强企业文化的建设。
