边界对流换热系数和钢卷径向等效导热系数是影响燃气罩式退火炉内传热的两个最主要参数。本文通过建立钢卷瞬态热传导有限元仿真模型,对罩式退火过程中的温度场分布进行了模拟计算。模型根据实际退火工艺曲线来施加边界条件,具有一定的计算精度。结合仿真模型的计算结果,制定了高碳锯片钢8CrV的球化退火工艺,获得了良好的球化退火组织,该钢的屈服强度、抗拉强度和布氏硬度等力学性能参数均得到明显改善。
Boundary convection heat transfer coefficient and the coil equivalent radial thermal conductivity are the two main parameters affecting the heat transfer in the gas bell annealer. In this paper, the finite element simulation model of the transient heat conduction of the coil is established to simulate the temperature field distribution in the bell anneal process. The model according to the actual annealing process curve to impose boundary conditions, with a certain degree of accuracy. Combined with the calculation results of the simulation model, the spheroidization annealing process of high-carbon saw blade steel 8CrV was developed and a good spheroidizing annealing structure was obtained. The mechanical properties such as yield strength, tensile strength and Brinell hardness of the steel were significantly improved .
