白细胞粘附于血管内皮细胞是炎症反应的关键步骤,进而白细胞穿越血管壁向炎症部位游走引起炎细胞浸润。急性炎症以中性粒细胞浸润为主,而慢性炎症则以单核细胞浸润为主。本实验观察了几种清热类中药的提取物对血管内皮细胞与单核细胞粘附的影响。用呈融合状的单层人脐静脉内皮细胞(二、三代),其中加入中药提取物,对照加培养液,作用4h后洗去中药,再加入PHA活化的人外周血单核细胞,37℃作用1h,洗去未粘附细
Adhesion of leukocytes to vascular endothelial cells is a critical step in the inflammatory response, and leukocytes then infiltrate inflammatory cells as they traverse the wall of blood vessels to the site of inflammation. Acute inflammation is mainly infiltration of neutrophils, while chronic inflammation is mainly mononuclear cell infiltration. This experiment observed the effects of several heat-removing Chinese medicine extracts on the adhesion of vascular endothelial cells to monocytes. Using a monolayer of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (second and third generation) in a fusion state, Chinese herbal extracts were added, and control and culture medium were added. After 4 hours, the Chinese herbs were washed away, and PHA-activated human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were added at 37°C. Effect 1h, wash away without adhesion
