目的:了解和分析山东省临沂市农村老年人的医疗服务现状、需求及满意情况。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,对临沂市2个县区536名60岁以上老年人进行医疗卫生服务现状、需求及满意度的面对面问卷调查。结果:农村老年人的首选医疗卫生机构是村级卫生服务站和村级私人诊所。本次调查结果显示,就诊老年人对方便程度最为满意,对医疗设备的满意度最低,甚至不能很好地满足农村老年人的基础看病需求。结论:健全农村卫生服务体系,改善医疗服务质量,提高老年人满意度,旨在探索出一个适应山东省农村老年人的多层次、多元化、多方向的医疗服务模式。
OBJECTIVE: To understand and analyze the current situation, needs and satisfaction of medical services for the elderly in rural areas of Linyi City, Shandong Province. Methods: A random sampling method was used to conduct a face-to-face questionnaire survey on the current situation, needs and satisfaction of medical and health services among 536 elderly over 60 in two counties of Linyi City. Results: The preferred health care facilities for rural elderly are village health service stations and village-level private clinics. The survey results show that the elderly are most satisfied with the degree of convenience, the lowest satisfaction with the medical equipment, and can not even meet the basic needs of the elderly in rural areas. Conclusion: Improving rural health service system, improving medical service quality and raising the satisfaction of the elderly are aimed at exploring a multi-level, diversified and multi-directional medical service model for the rural elderly in Shandong Province.
