从柔性管理出发,重视人的内心管理,开发人的心理资源。柔性管理是相对于刚性管理而言的。长期以来,组织重视带有强制色彩的刚性管理,只强调遵守和服从,否则便给予惩处,具有强制性和不可抗拒性。
Starting from flexible management, people focus on the inner management, development of human psychological resources. Flexible management is relative to rigid management. For a long time, the organization has attached great importance to rigid management with mandatory colors. It only emphasizes compliance and obedience, otherwise it punishes it with compulsion and irresistible force.
