摩天岭隧道通风斜井左洞,坡度大于24°,长度接近1400m,在此条件下进行施工难度极大,特别是在二次衬砌的施工中,斜井内大规模混凝土的运输、衬砌台车的加固、定位和模筑混凝土的振捣等作业的危险性很大,施工质量难以保证。因此,该工程施工中采用了相对简单、方便,但强度满足工程运营要求的纤维喷射混凝土单层衬砌。论文以摩天岭隧道斜井单层衬砌施工为工程背景,对大坡度斜井纤维喷射混凝土的工程特性及纤维喷射混凝土作为隧道永久衬砌的施工工艺等进行了介绍和探讨,其相关研究和结论直接服务和指导了摩天岭隧道的斜井施工。
