目的通过分析天津市南开区2010—2014年结核病发病水平及流行特点,为控制结核病传播提供科学依据。方法用excel和SPSS 17.0软件对南开区2010—2014年结核病管理信息系统中的结核登记资料进行描述流行病学分析。结果 2010—2014年南开区共报告结核病病例1 541例,死亡20例,年均报告发病率为25.61/10万。2010—2011年报告的病例数较稳定,发病率最低的是2012年(19.98/10万),2013—2014年发病率呈现上升趋势,2013年发病率最高(31.40/10万);每年各月均有病例报告,总体分布无明显的季节性和周期性;发病以青壮年组(15~24岁)例数最多,儿童组(0~14岁)最少;家政、家务及待业例数为413例,占报告发病总数的26.80%。患者来源方式以因症就诊和转诊为主。结论南开区推行现代结核病控制策略,加强了全程督导下短程化疗(DOTS)管理落实,肺结核疫情总体较为平稳。但近2年疫情有上升趋势,应继续加大肺结核防治工作的投入和管理。
Objective To analyze the prevalence and prevalence of tuberculosis in Nankai District of Tianjin from 2010 to 2014 and provide a scientific basis for controlling the spread of tuberculosis. Results A total of 1 541 cases of tuberculosis and 20 deaths were reported in Nankai District from 2010 to 2014, with an average annual incidence rate of 25.61 / 100,000. The number of cases reported in 2010-2011 was relatively stable, with the lowest incidence rate in 2012 (19.98 / 100000). The incidence rate showed an upward trend in 2013-2014, with the highest incidence in 2013 (31.40 / 100,000) The cases were all reported with no obvious seasonal and periodic distribution. The incidence of young adults (15-24 years old) was the highest with the smallest number of children (0-14 years). The number of domestic workers, housework and unemployed was 413 Cases, accounting for 26.80% of the total reported incidence. The source of patients with symptomatic treatment and referral based. Conclusions Nankai District implemented the modern strategy of controlling tuberculosis and strengthened the management of short course chemotherapy (DOTS) under the supervision of the whole process. The outbreak of tuberculosis was generally stable. However, the outbreak has been on the rise in the past two years and the investment and management of tuberculosis prevention and control should be continued.
