随着金融自由化和全球经济一体化的发展,综合经营已发展为全球趋势。近年来,在以银行理财和互联网金融为代表的金融创新的推动下,在利率市场化等各项金融改革加快推进的背景下,我国金融业分业经营的形势悄然发生变化,涌现出不同类型的综合经营模式。与银行或保险主导模式不同,我国金融资产管理公司形成了特有的金融综合化经营模式。本文对20家代表性的国际大型金融机构的综合经营模式进行比较分析,并结合金融资产管理公司的实际情况,提出深入推进金融资产管理公司综合经营的政策建议。
With the development of financial liberalization and global economic integration, integrated management has developed into a global trend. In recent years, driven by financial innovations represented by bank financing and Internet finance, under the background of accelerating various financial reforms such as the liberalization of interest rates, the situation of the separate operation of the financial industry in our country has undergone a quiet change and various types have emerged The integrated business model. Different from the leading mode of bank or insurance, China’s financial asset management company has formed a unique financial integrated management mode. Based on the comparative analysis of the integrated management models of 20 representative large international financial institutions and the actual situation of the financial asset management companies, this paper puts forward the policy suggestions of deepening the integrated management of financial asset management companies.
