一、前言多年来,以环氧树脂为基本原材料的各种环氧粘结材料被广泛地应用于水利工程混凝土缺陷或裂缝修补处理,取得了较好的效果.但由于一般的胺类环氧固化剂挥发性高,水溶性大和环氧树脂本身憎水等弱点,在干燥的表面上粘结性能良好,而在低温、高潮湿或水下环境施工难于很好地固化环氧树脂,因而限制了它在有水部位的应用.葛洲坝一期工程二江泄水闸过流面混凝土,经过1981年汛期夹沙石水流的冲磨产生了一定的冲磨破损,需要进行修补处理,而这些部位大多是潮湿和水下的混凝土面.因此,水下固化的环氧粘结材料急待试验研制. 近年来,兄弟单位也先后探索过不少水下固化的环氧粘结材料配方.借鉴和比较了有关单位的经验,结合本工程的具体情况,重点试验研究以810~#水下环氧固化剂为主的环氧粘结材料,并试用于二江泄水闸冲磨破损混凝土首次岁修,取得了较好的效果.
