1.工艺概述对加热软化后的热塑性塑料板材施加外力加以成形的方法称为热成形。这种成形方法通常有真空成形及压缩空气成形两大类,其中也包括简单的弯曲加工。(1)真空成形图1所示是真空成形工艺过程。首先将塑料板材置于模具上方将其四周固定,并进行加热软化。然后在模具下方抽真空,抽出板材与模具之间空隙中的空气,使软化的板材紧密地贴合在模具上。当塑件冷却后,再以模具下方充入空气,取出塑件.
1. Process Overview Heating the softened thermoplastic sheet to impose external force to form a method called thermoforming. This forming method usually has two major categories of vacuum forming and compressed air forming, which also includes a simple bending process. (1) Vacuum forming Figure 1 shows the vacuum forming process. First of all, the plastic plate is placed on the mold to be fixed around and heated to soften. Then, a vacuum is drawn under the mold to extract the air in the gap between the sheet and the mold so that the softened sheet tightly adheres to the mold. When the plastic parts cooled, then under the mold filled with air, remove the plastic parts.
